Indian cricketer Nishant Sindhu is a young man from Haryana. His birthday is April 9, 2004. His abilities as an all-around player are well-known. He competes for his state in domestic cricket and the Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League.
Sindhu’s family has a sporting background. Sunil Kumar, his father, was a former boxer at the state level. When he was young, Sindhu took up cricket, and he soon became well-known in domestic cricket.
He first competed in the Under-14 Dhruv Pandove Trophy in 2017. He scored 290 runs and claimed 24 wickets. Later, he participated in the 2017–18 Vijay Merchant Trophy with the Under-16 team. He amassed 280 runs and claimed 16 wickets in this game.
Additionally, Sindhu won the U-19 Vinoo Mankad Trophy with Haryana. The first U-19 title in 19 years is welcomed by them. After that, he was chosen to represent India in the U-19 World Cup. Here, he contributed to his team’s tournament victory. Sindhu was a key player in the West Indies’ 2022 Under-19 World Cup, taking 6 wickets in 5 games. He hit a century in the final against England to help his team win the trophy.
The Chennai Super Kings were impressed by Sindhu’s outstanding performance. He signed him for Rs 60 lakh ahead of the 2023 Indian Premier League season.
